Our outfit has a BR25 minimum for outfit invites, and we do not offer specific training to new players.
But if you are willing to listen and work as team (e.g. I would recommend playing support roles - medic particularly - while learning with us) I would say come on to Teamspeak at ts.theterranalliance.com and we'll see if it works out for you and us.
If it does, we'll get you that outfit when you hit BR25, which should not take too long if you are playing the game on a semiregular basis.
