Where did you hear about us, or why did you want to join?
Fought alongside MERC squads numerous times as a guest squad. Felt that there were a lot of similarities in our tactics and would like to participate and learn more. Also heard more about you guys from Cyrious’ youtube channel. Which is of course, full of quality content.

Anything else you wish to inform us of?
I was a 56RD member for about 3 years. This PS2 account was shared between two players and had a different name, which I prefer not to disclose . The main holder of the account wiped the slate clean before leaving (nothing negative) and handed me the full authority of this account. We had been running ops with various competitive outfits such as DEFx, R3St and 0000.
That being said, my life schedule is relatively busy with studies and work so unfortunately I cannot make every ops.

Tell us a joke!
These are more like anecdotes:
– Saw a valkyrie ram a liberator the other day, liberator bounced off a cliff and exploded.
– A thicc NC AA max was on a cliff, so I decided to ram him from the back with my mosquito. That was quite the sting.
– Spotted an enemy esf hovering within my skyguard’s range. Fired intermittent single shots at it. He realized where I was or what was shooting at him after 2 minutes and attempted to kill me. This was the exact private message I got when I killed him: “I respect the way you play with your food.”

I believe we are not currently recruiting from 56RD, you will need to talk to WarbirdTD or Lepalose regarding this.

Until then (or even after for that matter) you are always more than welcome to come on to our ts and play with us under a 56RD tag.  If you don’t already have permissions, just wait up in the lobby for a long time, we will eventually get to you.  Until you have permissions, you will not be able to see who is on the ts.

May I know the reason for this? Is this because it could potentially leave a bad taste between the outfits? 56RD was where the previous owner of the account wanted to be in. I simply helped out when the owner couldn’t play. Now that I am the sole user I wanted to have a completely different experience in Connery TR. I do not affiliate myself with any outfit nor do I think I should be bound by any once I’ve left.
I do respect the decision however.

Edit: After having that chat, I kept thinking about it and I think you are right. I don’t want to create any potential tears between the two outfits and I can’t promise I’ll be very active either. I think I’ll just cancel my application now and see how things go. Sorry for the trouble and thanks.
