Where did you hear about us, or why did you want to join?
I was looking for a group to play planetside 2 in YouTube and I found a channel that talked a lot about you guys and it said that your a team focus group and im looking for something like that.

The teamspeak. I have teamspeak but im a discord guy so I really dont usu/dont know how to use teamspeak.

Gabe,

Thank-you for your interest in Mercs and welcome to the world of PC gaming!  How exciting!
We are primarily an 18+ (in reality closer to 30+) outfit with many members having many years experience in both Planetside 1 and Planetside 2.
Additionally, while we do not have K/D or competency requirements. we do require members to hit BR 25 before joining.  We also require the use of ts and push-to-talk, especially in the Planetside 2 channels.
For these reasons, you may want to reconsider if this is the outfit that best suits you at this point in your Planetside 2 career.
The best thing for you to do is to sign-on to our ts and talk to Lepalose or Warbird.
If you are still interested in joining Mercs, you will need to come out to a few of our Wed. or Fri. night ops.  This allows you to see if you like the climate of our outfit.
Planetside 2 has provided me many great memories, and I hope you enjoy your time in this game.  I look forward to seeing you on the battlefield.
