Where did you hear about us, or why did you want to join?
I’ve encountered MERC a few times, as VS, and was quite impressed with their level of coordination. It also helped that I watch/subscribe to CMDRCyrious and he mentioned MERC.

Anything else you wish to inform us of?
2 things. 1) I only play my VS when I’m on with my RL friends who play. They enjoy the spandex. 2) I live on PST, and have plans in the evening of Wednesdays. So, depending on how late the ops go, I might have to dip out early.

Tell us a joke!
(I will preface this with an ‘I’m sorry to the French’)

Have you heard the story of Pierre, the French Fighter Pilot? Well you see, there once was this French Fighter Pilot named Pierre. He was the Ace of the sky. Downed many planes. Everyone loved and feared him. Of course, he would get leave to ease his stress. He had this one woman he fancied and would visit her every chance he could. Well, one night, things were getting pretty hot and heavy between the two, when the woman pointed to her lips and said, “Pierre, Pierre. Kiss me here.” So Pierre grabs some red wine, splashes it on her lips, and kisses her like she’s never been kissed before. She says, “Pierre, Pierre. That was so good. Why did you do that?” He responds, “I am Pierre, the French Fighter Pilot, and when I eat Red meat, I like to drink Red wine.” Well, as all things do, the night escalated. The woman then opened up her shirt and pointed to her chest. She said, “Pierre, Pierre. Kiss me here.” So Pierre grabbed some white wine, splashed it on her chest and went to town. Afterwards she says, “Pierre, Pierre. That was so good. Why did you do that?” He responded, “I am Pierre, the French Fighter Pilot, and when I eat White meat I like to drink White wine.” Finally the pants and all come off. She points downwards and says, “Pierre, Pierre. Kiss me here.” So, Pierre grabs some Rum 151, splashes it on her crotch and lights it on fire. Smacking herself, trying to put out the fire, she screams, “Pierre, Pierre. WHY DID YOU DO THAT!?” To which he responds, “I am Pierre, the French Fighter Pilot, AND WHEN I GO DOWN, I GO DOWN IN FLAMES!”
