MERC Server Mod Setup Discussion

In setting up our MERC server for service, we need to develop a list of mods that we want to run for it.
Note, this post is specifically for mods, not for missions. The discussion for initial missions to have can be found at: https://mercgg.com/groups/merc-arma-3/forum/topic/merc-server-missions/#post-7070
I am not 100%, but I believe switching mods should not be too difficult if we need to do that, so this should be an extensive list of what should be potentially used. We can then discuss narrowing it first down to a set of mods. Later, we can come up with other sets of mods we may potentially run.
Anyway, please list any mods you think would be a good idea to consider. Bonus points if you have the link(s) as well!
